Meaning of SUV

IN the automotive world, especially four-wheel you would often hear the term SUV or Sport Utility Vehicle. SUV is a passenger vehicle types combined with the ability to carry passengers and goods.

Generally the car is classified as an SUV carrying the four-wheel drive system to be used off-road. But many SUVs in Indonesia are not equipped with four-wheel drive. In addition, one of the requirements for admission to be carry the SUV class with a 2.0 liter engine to the top.

Type SUV also has several derivatives such as the Compact SUV. For this type of car as an example the Toyota Rush. This car can not be categorized as a true SUV because Rush has a smaller capacity engine that is 1.5 liters and is intended for urban riders.
